WHO CAN JOIN/APPLY
Sudden Victory Wrestling Academy is open to any athlete in grade 1st - 12th who strives at becoming the best wrestler he/she can become. Athletes who are not afraid of committed, hard work, dedication, and setting goals for themselves are welcome. It is not mandatory, but I would like each wrestler to have 1-2 years experience. My main focus and goal is to provide a hand’s on approach to spend as much time with individual to provide as much essential one on one coaching as possible. This is why the academy is limited to 34 wrestlers. Wrestlers must submit an application before being accepted. Get in your application to ensure the best possible chance of becoming a member.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEES:
$30 for one night of training
$60 for two nights:
$90 per month for three nights
* Payment is due in full on the first practice of each month.
* Family members get 50% off monthly fees (not single session).
*All "Active" monthly club members receive 10% off my camps (if you pay per session you do not get this discount!)
PER SESSION FEES:
Per session practices is $20 each per child per time (no family discounts or % discount off camps)
WAYS TO PAY:
1. Write a check payable to: Sudden Victory Wrestling Academy
2. Pay with cash (please put in an envelope with your son’s or daughter’s name on it)
3. Use PAYPAL on my website (www.suddenvictorywrestling.com)
FREE TRIAL: You can come and try a practice for free and see if you like it. You have to have prior approval from me or be invited by a current club member or else you will have to pay $20. You will NEED to have an application filled out and buy insurance which is $10. (You can download applications off the ENROLL page)
MAKE UPS & CANCELLATIONS:
No make ups will be allowed for missed practices. Ex: If you signed up for Monday practices for the month and you miss one, you can not come on Thursday or Friday as a make up. If you come another day, it will cost you $20. There will be no make ups if I have to cancel for sickness, personal reasons, family obligations, Holidays, weather, or tournaments. If school is cancelled or dismissed early due to weather we will not have practice. Please check for school closings if you have any doubt call my cell (406-214-8580) or email me. Please check your email as if I have to cancel a practice that is how you will be notified. Make sure you can accept my emails!
Please Note: No credit will be given for missed workouts or partial payments accepted for months containing cancellations, holiday cancellations, and weather cancellations. Some months contain 5weeks so it all works out.
APPLICATIONS & INSURANCE:
Every wrestler who tries out or is a member of Sudden Victory Wrestling Academy needs to fill out an application before practicing (you can download them off our website or get one from me at practice). No one will be allowed to wrestle without an application filled out. You will also need to pay a one time per year fee for insurance which is $10 (pay Coach Moreno). Sudden Victory Wrestling Academy is USA Wrestling Chartered. You do not need an AAU or USA card to practice but you will need them for most tournaments we enter. You can get them at www.aausports.org or www.themat.com.
PRIVATE TRAINING:
The fee is $40 for a 1 hr. session (if I have to travel to the location I will charge travel expenses. It is recommended you have a partner with you and split the costs. Due to family obligations and my job, I do not have a lot of time for private sessions.
VIDEO TAPE ANALYSIS:
If you are paying for private training Coach Moreno will analyze and break down your recorded weekend matches at no extra coast. Reviewing matches allows us see what is working and what is not and be able to make those critical adjustments. Cost for weekend of matches: $20
